Medical Weight Loss & GLP-1 Therapy FAQs

Answers to common questions about GLP-1 medications, eligibility, safety, and our personalized weight loss programs.

Your first visit

What happens during my first visit?

We begin with a detailed intake to review your medical history, lifestyle, and weight-loss goals, followed by a personalized evaluation with a clinician.

Will I meet with a clinician?

Yes. A qualified clinician will assess your health, discuss your goals, and determine the safest and most effective approach, including GLP-1 therapy if appropriate.

How is my treatment plan created?

We design a personalized plan that may include medical supervision, GLP-1 therapy (when appropriate), nutrition guidance, and clinically guided virtual personal training—tailored to your needs and lifestyle.

Can I ask questions during the consultation?

Absolutely. You’ll have dedicated time to ask about treatment options, progress expectations, and anything else you want clarity on.

What support will I receive after my first visit?

You’ll receive ongoing check-ins, guidance on nutrition and training, and access to a supportive community to help you stay consistent.

How should I prepare for my first visit?

Bring relevant medical records if available, a list of current medications, and a clear idea of your goals. Come ready to share your story—your experience matters.
